General Use
Heavy Duty Servo-Controlled Automatic Surface Grinding Machine made by Equiptop (Taiwan), Model ESG-6150ASD-II, available in excellent working condition. This is a programmable surface grinder equipped with Mitsubishi Servo Motors for the Cross (Y) and Vertical (Z) axes. The machine is fitted with a 600 mm 1500 mm Magnetic Chuck and has a maximum workpiece capacity of 1482 kg. It features Automatic Surface Grinding and Automatic Plunge Grinding cycles, Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) Handwheel for Y & Z axis movements, and Digital Position Displays for both axes, making it highly suitable for precision grinding of large components with excellent repeatability. The machine is complete with a Magnetic & Paper Band Coolant Filtration Unit and Splash Guards. The machine is suitable for precision grinding of machine bases, die plates, mould components, guideways, fixtures, and other large precision components. The technical details are as follows -
