This is a high-production, auto-cycle grinding machine equipped with the Marposs In-Process Measurement System. The machine is ideal for plunge grinding and precision cylindrical grinding applications. It features Auto-Cycle functions including automatic depth adjustment (Auto-Cut), automatic wheel retraction, spark-out, auto-compensation, and automatic plunge grinding, making it highly efficient for batch production. The machine delivers extremely high precision with a least count (Wheel-Head Slide) of 0.5 microns (0.0005 mm). The machine is complete with Magnetic + paper band coolant filtration system, coolant tank & coolant pump. It is also equipped with Automatic hydraulic top-mounted wheel dresser.
